Clients must apply through the provided Google Form. Submitting an application does not guarantee a commission slot.➤ Selection Process
Due to limited availability, I select clients based on project suitability, schedule, and current capacity. If you are not selected, you are welcome to reapply in the future.➤ Response Time

I work while managing fibromyalgia (FMS) and a slipped disk, which means my availability and workflow can fluctuate. Because of this:^{• Commission start dates are not guaranteed
• Delays of 1–3 months (or more) may occur after scheduling

If you confirm:‣ If no response is received within 14 days, I will assume you are no longer interested and your slot will be offered to another client.

For commissions scheduled up to 3 months in advance, a non-refundable slot reservation fee is required to secure your place in my queue.This fee:

by commissioning me you agree to the following‣ Commissions are for personal use unless discussed otherwiseArtwork for commercial use will incur a higher fee therefore please let me know before the order‣ Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy ,heavy reference from the drawing in any way or use it as assets to your fitting, including the use of the artwork as a base or remove the watermark from the finished product. You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission. Credits to me (@naiichie) or a link going back to one of my socials, must be given at all time‣ Using my artwork as a NFT Non Fungible Token or AI is NOT ALLOWED‣ If you use or plan to use AI for generating images, our collaboration will be terminated and I will be not working with you in the future.‣ Commissioners can print the art for themselves, not including merch or any ways of profiting from it and claim the right of their characters, but not the drawing itself. Art can be used to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.‣ If the client fails to respond to feedback revision requests within 5 days, I reserve the right to continue with the project. Continuous noncommunication of two weeks will result in the project to be considered finished in its current state and will be sent to the client‣ Unless stated in the request, It may be created on a public platform such as Twitch or discord unless requested differently by the client
