IMPORTANT INFORMATION➤ client applies through Google form➤ due to my FMS, please wait kindly for me to message you.➤ Submitting an application does not guarantee a commission slot; selections are made selectively.➤ Clients are welcome to reapply after a significant period without contact.➤ I will reach out to clients when I am prepared to begin their commission.➤ To maintain productivity and prevent burnout, I manage multiple projects simultaneously.➤ Please understand it may take between 1 to 12 months for me to contact you➤ I will contact the client and ask whether they are still interested in commission➤ If the client approves, I will provide extra information and sketches before payment. (SKEB excluded)➤ I will start the process AFTER payment is completed.Thank you for your understanding.I can only take on a limited number of commissions at a time and as much as I want to accommodate everyone - I cannot accept everyone.

by commissioning me you agree to the following‣ Commissions are for personal use unless discussed otherwiseArtwork for commercial use will incur a higher fee therefore please let me know before the order‣ Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy ,heavy reference from the drawing in any way or use it as assets to your fitting, including the use of the artwork as a base or remove the watermark from the finished product. You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission. Credits to me (@naiichie) or a link going back to one of my socials, must be given at all time‣ Using my artwork as a NFT Non Fungible Token or AI is NOT ALLOWED‣ If you use or plan to use AI for generating images, our collaboration will be terminated and I will be not working with you in the future.‣ Commissioners can print the art for themselves, not including merch or any ways of profiting from it and claim the right of their characters, but not the drawing itself. Art can be used to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.‣ If the client fails to respond to feedback revision requests within 5 days, I reserve the right to continue with the project. Continuous noncommunication of two weeks will result in the project to be considered finished in its current state and will be sent to the client‣ Unless stated in the request, It may be created on a public platform such as Twitch or discord unless requested differently by the client

✧. ┊Use of art➤ For personal use only. Not to be edited, altered or distributed in any way. The Artist retains all commercial rights to the illustration, which includes but is not limited to: sale of prints or digital products, marketing or any other merchandise.➤ My Skebs are excluded from the Communication T.o.S : For the Skebs there will be no communication throughout the process! I will contact you in the beginning after accepting your request for the payment and once I'm done with your skeb.✧. ┊Workflow-in detail➤Send in the filled form➤ I don't open or close commissions. If I have availability to work on your commission, I'll contact you directly to confirm your interest. Please understand that it might take months to accept your commission, but this doesn't mean you've been rejected.➤Sketching process will start after you make the payment.➤ I will show you the sketch. during the sketch phase you can change anything as much as you want. ( doesn't apply to SKEB)➤Line Art/Rendering will start if the sketches are confirmed by the commissioner.➤Finished drawing will be sent for final review, you can give one last feedback to tweak little things.➤After everything is approved, I will send you a wetransfer link with the JPEG/PNG files of the final artwork. You will receive a digital file - No physical items will be delivered.✧. ┊ COMMUNICATIONI am unable to type due to the condition mentioned above. I will be using speech-to-text for our communication, so I apologize if I appear cold or distant. My communication is limited, but I will ensure we discuss all necessary information to complete your commission effectively.

After delivery, I'll keep the project open for final adjustments for one week. Revision requests should be sent via DMs, with longer revisions exclusively available for Vtuber ModelsAfter completing the artwork, minor adjustments to colors or any missed elements can be made.Modifications will be addressed only if an error was made in the final product (e.g., a detail provided in the order was overlooked).Following this period, revision requests will be treated as separate 'upgrade' projects and will be scheduled accordingly. Please ensure all necessary information is included in your initial order.Skeb commissions are exempt from the Project Delivery and Revision TOS mentioned above; no revisions will be provided for Skebs✧. ┊ IMPORTANT➤If you request a chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund or you break any of the terms above mentioned, you will automatically lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece.
I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way I find fit.
I will decline the chargeback and supply stripe with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.
Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.OTHER ADDITIONAL COSTS‣ NDA +200eurBy continuing to use my art and other project deliverables and services, the client agrees to be bound by the revised Terms.
