You allow me to choose the character's pose and the overall composition. The artwork will be more detailed, featuring a beautiful background and a more complete view of the character.

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service. If you do not read these terms, I am not responsible for any misunderstandings.Due to my condition, fibromyalgia, which causes chronic pain, my commissions may take longer to complete compared to other artists. By commissioning my work, you acknowledge and understand my situation. I prioritize quality over quantity and, therefore, must limit the number of commissions I accept. TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me you agree to the following‣ Commissions are for personal use unless discussed otherwiseArtwork for commercial use will incur a higher fee therefore please let me know before the order‣ Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy ,heavy reference from the drawing in any way or use it as assets to your fitting, including the use of the artwork as a base or remove the watermark from the finished product. You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission. Credits to me (@naiichie) or a link going back to one of my socials, must be given at all time‣ Using my artwork as a NFT Non Fungible Token or AI is NOT ALLOWED‣ If you use or plan to use AI for generating images, our collaboration will be terminated and I will be not working with you in the future.‣ Commissioners can print the art for themselves, not including merch or any ways of profiting from it and claim the right of their characters, but not the drawing itself. Art can be used to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.‣ If the client fails to respond to feedback revision requests within 5 days, I reserve the right to continue with the project. Continuous noncommunication of two weeks will result in the project to be considered finished in its current state and will be sent to the client‣ Unless stated in the request, It may be created on a public platform such as Twitch or discord unless requested differently by the client

✧. ┊Use of art➤ For personal use only. Not to be edited, altered or distributed in any way. The Artist retains all commercial rights to the illustration, which includes but is not limited to: sale of prints or digital products, marketing or any other merchandise.➤ My Skebs are excluded from the Communication T.o.S : For the Skebs there will be no communication throughout the process! I will contact you in the beginning after accepting your request for the payment and once I'm done with your skeb.✧. ┊Workflow-in detail➤Send in the filled form➤ I don't open or close commissions. If I have availability to work on your commission, I'll contact you directly to confirm your interest. Please understand that it might take months to accept your commission, but this doesn't mean you've been rejected.➤Sketching process will start after you make the payment.➤ I will show you the sketch. during the sketch phase you can change anything as much as you want. ( doesn't apply to SKEB)➤Line Art/Rendering will start if the sketches are confirmed by the commissioner.➤Finished drawing will be sent for final review, you can give one last feedback to tweak little things.➤After everything is approved, I will send you a wetransfer link with the JPEG/PNG files of the final artwork. I will be using speech-to-text for our communication, so I apologize if I appear cold or distant. My communication is limited, but I will ensure we discuss all necessary information to complete your commission effectively.

After delivery, I'll keep the project open for final adjustments for one week. Revision requests should be sent via DMs, with longer revisions exclusively available for Vtuber ModelsAfter completing the artwork, minor adjustments to colors or any missed elements can be made.Modifications will be addressed only if an error was made in the final product (e.g., a detail provided in the order was overlooked).Following this period, revision requests will be treated as separate 'upgrade' projects and will be scheduled accordingly. Please ensure all necessary information is included in your initial order.Skeb commissions are exempt from the Project Delivery and Revision TOS mentioned above; no revisions will be provided for Skebs✧. ┊ IMPORTANT➤If you request a chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund or you break any of the terms above mentioned, you will automatically lose all before mentioned rights to the commissioned piece.
I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way I find fit.
I will decline the chargeback and supply stripe with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you.

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS- If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.- The following cases are considered Commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).✧. ┊Vtuber Children ‣ x1.5
✧. ┊commercial rights ‣ x2 the original cost.Intellectual property and credits remain with the artist.COMMERCIAL RIGHTS➤ Commercial Use : You can use the artwork for commercial purposes, such as using it in advertisements, merchandise, or on products for sale.➤ Type of commercial rights : Non-Exclusive RightsThis means the buyer (you) has permission to use the artwork for specified purposes.
I reserve the right to post artworks on my social media and use commissioned pieces for Patreon rewards, portfolios. Additionally, I can sell prints, merchandise, or other products featuring the same artwork at events like anime conventions.➤ Modifications and Derivatives:Modifications and derivatives of commissioned artworks are not permitted without prior agreement. The artwork must remain as originally created by the artist➤ Attribution:
Credit to the artist must be given whenever the commissioned artwork is publicly displayed or used, whether online or offline. This includes social media posts, websites, printed materials, and any other medium where the artwork is showcased➤Design-Based Commissions:For design-based commissions (character design, mascot design, item designs, etc.), the commission fee will differ from the usual commercial fee and will be determined through discussion. Commissioning me for a design grants you the rights to use it online and commission additional art for it, but it does not include commercial rights for mass production (e.g., plushies, apparel).
